CRM Executive (DE)
As part of the CRM team, you form a key part of providing our customers with the best possible customer experience. From cross-product promotions, to relevant offers, everything our customer experience is down to what you communicate to them across communication channels. Your goal is to improve retention rates through offering a great and most relevant customer experience.
The principle objective of this role is the growth and management of affiliates in the UK market who are promoting the Parimatch brand across their media channels. You will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns, negotiating exposures across affiliate sites, in addition to optimising deals to ensure ROI.
You will be responsible for the development and planning of PPC & display media buying marketing strategies and activities (third party), the analysis of display & PPC campaign performance, managing media buying partners and platforms and training Display & PPC executives.
The Acquisition Executive will be primarily responsible for managing paid search and display advertising campaigns across our UK market and across all major search engines and various display and app advertising platofrms. This role will support the Acquisition Manager to deliver these campaigns across all areas of Search and Display which achieve and support business KPIs to scale UK brands further.
Fraud Risk Manager (Asia)
Reporting to the Director of Fraud and Security the role holder will provide fraud risk management expertise to mitigate financial fraud losses to the business in line with agreed department objectives.
The Fraud Risk Managers success will be related to the performance of the team in interpreting and taking actions on any fraud risk affecting BetVictor’s commercial and/or reputational success.
CRM Campaign Specialist (Asia)
You will be responsible for the execution of CRM campaigns for the business – including email, inbox, push message, SMS marketing, web banners, Facebook campaigns and others as required (email + mobile).
Engagement Executive (Asia)
The Engagement executive will be responsible for managing the content and customer interaction with existing BetVictor Asia products across multiple channels and mediums (Both Onsite and on social media platforms). Ensuring that content is accurate and optimal customer journey is offered.
Drive casino activity by managing and executing multiple player promotions specifically in the Asian market but also globally where required.
Responsible for the organisation and execution of online player marketing campaigns to meet player retention and acquisition strategy targets and business objectives. Work together with the Casino Team, Customer Support, Promotion Operations & Regional Teams to optimise and deliver successful campaigns.
Games Executive (Asia)

Global Sportsbook Promotions & Planning Executive (Asia)
Reporting to the Global Sportsbook Promotions & Planning Manager, you will take a key role in devising, planning, executing and reporting on all Sportsbook promotions globally, whilst ensuring that we are forward-planning for all global important sporting events.
You will assist in the delivery of, and reporting on, the use of bonus funds globally, collaborating with key stakeholders in Sportsbook and Marketing teams to devise a strategy to optimize the use of these funds, respecting the events calendar, company trading performance, and customer segmentation models.
This is a key role in the Sportsbook team and will involve close collaboration with teams from our Core and Asia facing businesses, and you must be driven and able to deputize in all aspects of the Global Sportsbook Promotions & Planning Manager’s role as required.

The SEO & ASO Manager will be responsible for managing, optimising and reporting on the organic channels; ASO & SEO activities.
Not limited to that, this role will also require to take full ownership of the roadmap, including onsite optimisation, keyword research and content on the site.
This role requires a deep understanding of SEO in its entirety, playing into the full digital marketing mix, from technical, to content to social to PR while working with the content marketing teams.

The overall goal for this position is to cost effectively acquire customers that can drive the growth of our German business. You will need to build and drive all different acquisition channels. This includes but is not limited to PPC, Display and Affiliates.
It is of high importance that the successful candidate shows a deep involvement in the position at all times. This is a role that requires flexibility and the ability to independently understand what needs to be done without waiting for formal instructions.
Conversion Manager (DE)
Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, the Conversion Manager will be responsible for representing the customer in the business, driving and supporting agreed product initiatives to improve conversion and their experience.
They must ensure BetVictor has the most efficient and optimal product across all our betting channels and brands for our customers.
Fraud & Security Analyst (12 Months)
Reviewing, approving and processing all player withdrawals, ensuring all relevant wagering requirements have been met, performing KYC checks in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
EDD Team Lead (DE)
Reporting to the AML Manager the role holder will be responsible for leading a team of German Enhanced Due Diligence Officers ensuring that all daily work tasks and activities are carried out in line with agreed service levels and department objectives.
Ensure the regulatory requirements and objectives are carried out along with company initiatives and objectives.
Enhanced Due Diligence Officer
Reporting to the AML Manager, acts as part of a Due Diligence team to ensure adherence to remote gambling licensing objectives and Know your Customer (KYC) obligations.
