The principle objective of this role is to be our first point of contact to new Affiliates, to maintain a good relationship with our HVCs and to provide support to our Account Manager. You will be responsible for coming up with marketing campaigns, negotiating exposures across affiliate sites, in addition to optimising deals to ensure ROI.

The role will also entail affiliate and HVC admin including, but not limited to, areas of reporting, payment preparation, communication to affiliates and HVCs, and briefing creative assets and concepts.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • To assist with the payment generation process for monthly commission payments
  • Onboard new affiliates and register them into our system
  • Sell each Mirror Brand to the affiliate and provide any information they need
  • Raise invoices on behalf of the affiliate team and other areas of marketing
  • To assist with general affiliate enquiries
  • To assist with general HVC enquiries
  • Raise creative briefs and amend landing pages
  • Liaison between affiliates and Affiliate Executives
  • Work with existing affiliates and proactively look to source new ones, forming strong working relationships with these partners
  • Identify and monitor affiliates who are not generating a return on investment and take appropriate action
  • Reactivate and incentivise inactive affiliates to improve performance
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
  • Keep up to date on affiliate and other business industry trends and developments from a commercial perspective
  • Effectively co-ordinate with other team members and departments
  • Provide assistance to the Account Manager and other Team members in regards to support outside of hours (when on shift)
  • General departmental support such as checking payment status, testing reports and site functionality

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English – both written and spoken
  • Must be proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to multi-task and be analytical, with high attention to detail
  • The position is full-time (40 hours per week) working five days out of seven, flexible to suit business needs
  • Available to work weekends
