Key Responsibilities I Duties:

  • Proactive daily management of performance marketing and organic channels.
  • Partial ownership of budgets across multiple channels.
  • The day-to-day assisted management of our Display and PPC accounts.
  • Reporting on daily, weekly, monthly activities of the acquisition department.
  • Perform the day-to-day ad placement, scheduling the event-specific campaigns.
  • Ensure that every single campaign/communication is compliant and have passed all the compliant processes before it gets live.
  • Reporting of end-to-end campaign data and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Planning and execution of acquisition activities across paid channels.
  • Documenting and communicating with the central marketing team and wider business the efficacy of campaigns/tests.
  • Providing recommendations based on analysis to improve and optimize future campaigns and strategies.
  • Support Display partner onboarding with our standard acquisition documentation.
  • Creation and management of Acquisition Promotions with other departments to ensure that the promotion will be assigned to the campaign.
  • Brief Display assets to the Creative Department and ensure its delivery to meet the deadline.
  • Ensure that every single campaign/communication is compliant and have passed all the compliant processes before it gets live.
  • Manage and be accountable for billing reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Working closely with internal support team (service line) to align all campaigns delivery.
  • Providing support outside of own job scope to the wider marketing team and B2B team.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in PPC, Paid Social, and Display (preferably across the agency side as well as on the client/business side).
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related discipline.
  • Experience using Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Experience using Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads, Programmatic is a plus.
  • Experience in using project/process management tools is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting ability.
  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, bulk editing).
  • Ability to develop, plan and execute paid media activities independently.
  • Ensuring internal compliance practices are adhered to with regards to campaign structure, setup, and optimisation.
  • Ability to keep budgets and Macro KPIs (Conversions, CPA, and LTV) in line with the plan.
  • Theoretical understanding of the best practices in paid media marketing, social media, cross-device marketing, prospecting, look-alike targeting, retargeting, and remarketing.
  • Proven ability to examine data from a variety of sources to form a complete analysis of a campaign.
  • Understanding of attribution models is a plus.
  • Numerate and analytical problem solver, able to evaluate own data and provide recommended course of action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience in the gambling industry will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of and interest in sports is advantageous.
  • A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organisation.
