Purpose of the role

  • Responsibility of the key paid and non-paid acquisition channels and platforms
  • Managing media buying partners and platforms
  • Working closely with our partners at talkSPORT to position our brand and offering in best way to drive traffic to site
  • Leveraging the reach of the world’s biggest sports radio station with the objective of converting existing database to Customers
  • Building and developing a new team to achieve desired acquisition KPIs.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Planning, forecasting, and analysis of performance marketing and organic campaigns
  • Accountable for the design, delivery, and management of growth campaigns
  • Working closely with Digital Marketing team, ensuring acquisition strategy executed successfully across PPC, Display, and Organic activity
  • Creating deep integration with our partners, optimising use of assets and inventory to deliver innovative experience to our Customers
  • Managing campaign expenses, delivering expected ROI across multiple channels and products
  • Creation and coordination of acquisition offers for various channels
  • Bringing innovative thinking and optimisation to campaign, channel, and platform performance
  • Work closely with the central creative team on the creation and delivery of assets
  • Work closely with the BI team to ensure proper tracking and reporting is in place
  • Collaborate with Retention & Engagement teams to create cross-channel campaigns
  • Ensure that the acquisition activities are following the ASA compliance guidelines
  • Working closely with our partners and marketing product team to continuously improve conversion metrics
  • Identification and strategic recommendations towards new media purchases and data-driven testing
  • Identification of acquisition growth areas across both Sportsbook and Casino products

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Passionate about Sports and betting
  • Strong SEM experience (SEO experience is a plus)
  • Experience in managing ASO and Paid Apps traffic
  • Experience in managing performance marketing channels and teams (in house or agency)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and execute display & programmatic activities with direct partners as well as through 3rd parties.
  • Proven experience in hands-on management of tools including Google, Facebook, Apple, Twitter
  • Understanding AIDA acquisition marketing model
  • Ensuring the best practices are adhered to with regards to SEM account structure, campaign setup, and optimisation
  • Experience in tracking micro and, across commercial KPIs (e.g., Conv., CPAs, ROI)
  • Proven experience in whitelisting, setting up, and growing new platforms.
  • Proven and strong understanding of current practices in digital marketing, social media, cross-device marketing, prospecting, look-alike targeting, retargeting, and remarketing.
  • Ability to examine data with the use of tools such as Excel (Power BI is a plus)
  • Commercially focused approach to channel strategy and management
  • Excellent communication verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
