Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Planning and execution of acquisition activities across paid marketing channels, as well as the organic app spaces.
  • Responsible for managing our current partners, whilst also owning the onboarding process for new partners to company standards.
  • Monitor partner activity, analyse performance, identify areas for improvement and recommend ways to increase partner-generated revenues.
  • ASO leadership and supporting product teams in release submissions and testing.
  • Responsible for analysing campaigns, partners, sources and other activities within the channel to reach targeted KPIs.
  • Proactive daily analysis and campaign optimisation.
  • Interact with external partners including but not limited to coordination and consultation to ensure a successful advertising campaign.
  • Manage and be accountable for billing reconciliation and reporting.
  • Perform the day-to-day ad placement, scheduling the event specific campaigns.
  • Request and create marketing material including banners and landing pages for offers and promotions and ensure its delivery to meet deadlines.
  • Help improve how partners are set up on our MMP: Attribution, fraud mitigation, ROI.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Team on any issue that might occur in the channel.
  • Create and suggest offers and promotions that will drive acquisition and revenue to be promoted via the affiliate channel.
  • Raise Display & ASO invoices at the end of each month.
  • Keep up to date on App industry trends and developments from both a compliance and commercial perspective.
  • Effectively co-ordinate with other team members and departments
  • Ensure all creative, promotions, landing pages and any other content being promoted by in-app partners on all brands under BV Gaming are compliant and meet all legal and compliance requirements set out by ASA, BGC and any other relevant body as well as standard set out by internal legal and compliance teams

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail to help make data driven decisions.
  • Photoshop and CMS experienced desired but not essential
  • A strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills who can easily form working relationships both internally and with third parties.
  • Confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • A genuine self-starter able to spot opportunities and maximise potential.
  • Capable of working independently and on your own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and be analytical, with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken, excellent grammar required.
  • Strong experience in a similar role.
  • The position is full-time (40 hours per week) working five days out of seven.
