Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Working with our external business payment partners in defending chargeback claims, which, in turn will reduce fraud losses.
  • Conduct investigations into chargebacks determining the root cause and how BV Gaming can defend against similar instances in the future. This will follow three core pillars of improvements in people, processes, and/or systems.
  • Through this role the successful candidate will also conduct assurance work of the fraud team agents completed tasks.
  • Working with the Fraud management team feedback will be provided to improve agents’ skills and knowledge.
  • Regular reporting on Chargebacks and Operations Assurance to be provided.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment, specifically in the Fraud/Risk role, preferably in Online gaming or e-commerce environment.
  • Thorough understanding of chargeback scheme rules for Mastercard and Visa
  • Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Numerate with excellent analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of standard IT systems especially Excel.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Working Hours:

  • 40 Hours per week to suit the needs of the business.
  • Will include weekend and evening work.
