Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Team management o To manage the Acquisition team including the setting of achievable targets and the performance management of the team o Ensure that company policies around Performance Management and salary reviews etc are executed as intended o Develop future stars within the organisation
  • Reporting o To ensure, with BI, that relevant reporting is in place to effectively measure the performance of all areas of acquisition ensuring that any aspects of sub-standard performance are rectified in a timely manner o Ensure that a weekly acquisition report (and any other relevant report) is compiled and shared with internal stakeholders o Ensure that a more comprehensive monthly report is compiled, and findings are well documented and used to drive actions aiming at improving the business
  • Tool improvements o Suggest improvements to the tools to the Central Marketing and Tools team
  • Understand how the competitive landscape is changing and propose strategic actions for how we should position ourselves
  • Budget management including Media Buying Responsibility o Work closely with the DE/ROW Director to ensure that budgets are aligned and that the spend is not above levels approved
  • Conversion o Daily monitoring of conversion – drive conversion initiatives together with the Conversion Team in Central Marketing and Tools
  • PPC o Planning, execution and optimisation of PPC, display, remarketing and retargeting activities across multiple publishers and networks
  • Tracking o Tracking, evaluation and optimisation of acquisition marketing effectiveness (ROI), including cross channel effectiveness
  • Campaign management o Ensure that all campaigns are following our brand guidelines established by our Brand and Creative Team o Ensure that all our campaigns are evaluated on both customer value and FTDs
  • Meeting structures o Ensure that meetings are properly prepared, documented, and followed up
  • Compliance o Ensure that we implement appropriate compliance actions and that we operate with the customer’s best interest at heart at all times
