- Understands the roles of the Creative Team (and wider Creative Studio) and utilises the right people effectively to deliver timely creative solutions.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent, from a fine arts or design discipline.
- Experience overseeing content for web, mobile, digital advertising, social platforms and video highly valuable.
- A confident and impactful communicator, able to clearly explain strategic concepts and goals.
- Track record of establishment and on-going development of creative teams.
- A strong understanding of both brand and online performance advertising.
- Proven experience working as an art director preferable.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
- Demonstrate experience across Brand, planning and creative execution in a digital or e-commerce environment.
- Has a passion for learning, sharing knowledge and developing individual staff members.
- Ability to work to work to tight deadlines and short lead-times.
- Possesses excellent time management skills.
- Displays strong attention to detail in one’s own work and that of his or her individual team members.
- Is ambitious, self-motivated and a decision maker.
- Is able to lead a team of direct reports and influence teams across the wider business.
- Experience working with multiple brands in a creative environment.
