Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Running of Heart Bingo Retention campaigns, both ad-hoc and automation.
- Working closely alongside the acquisition teams to ensure optimal handover from acquired to retained.
- Through support functions including Engagement, Casino and Bingo, optimise all retention campaigns to appeal to a recreational base.
- Plan the long-term campaign strategy through an expert knowledge of Bingo, and casino milestones that will most effectively hold recreational appeal.
- Ensure relevant reporting is in place to effectively measure the performance of all areas of retention.
- Identifying areas of improvement and working with relevant internal/external teams to modernise how we work.
- Reduce reliance on bonus-led campaigns through product driven engagement methods.
- Protect the Customer and Company through expert understanding of our Company approach to Safer Gambling, and the wider Licensing Obligations.
Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong experience working in an online gaming environment, preferably within CRM team.
- Develop relationships both in their own team and across wider business.
- Detailed knowledge of CRM lifecycles/strategies/journeys to ensure retention of correct players and reduce potential abuse.
- Motivated individual with a drive to improve the current team structure as well as current promotional and retention tools.
