Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Executing scheduled, automated and ad-hoc campaigns for new UK brand – talkSPORT BET
  • Creating multi-channel campaign content for talkSPORT BET through email, sms, push, inbox and any other channels
  • Building Customer segments for talkSPORT BET marketing activities
  • Testing and signing off on full customer journeys before executing campaigns
  • Executing campaigns by combining content, offers and segments. Ensuring that all activity delivered is consistent, of excellent quality and follows the brand guidelines as well as best practice
  • Working to continually improve creative techniques, performance, and campaign results to ensure communications are relevant and engaging
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of all internal and external regulatory guidelines to ensure all materials are fully compliant.

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Affinity with customer communications
  • Strong experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good technical skills in HTML preferred
  • Experience of working with Campaign Management Systems preferred
  • Experience of working within the gaming industry with good knowledge of UK sports
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An extremely well-organised individual, able to prioritise, multi-task and deliver work to deadlines
  • The role is based on a 40 hour working week, including weekend work, as the business needs
