Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work with the wider Digital Web team & Native Developers to drive the technical roadmap for SEO & ASO, ensuring appropriate prioritisation.
  • Advising on the best practises onsite, content and link building strategies
  • Provide support throughout development and migration of projects
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Track, interpret, and communicate analytics to wider team
  • Developing a uniform set of KPIs and measures to ensure we are measuring success effectively and consistently.
  • Competitive landscape analysis and activity benchmarking.
  • Responsibility for communicating commercial and technical requirements for organic channels, both internal and potential partners.
  • App Store Optimisation across iTunes and Google Play Console, including title, description, keyword, screenshots and offer optimisation, category selection and update notes
  • Work with the Brand & Creative Department for creation of store marketing assets, for constant optimization of store pages conversion, designing AB tests.
  • Work closely with the PR team to ensure appropriate hero content is supporting SEO & ASO and appropriate outreach activity.
  • Managing relationships with and leading projects across promotions, product, engagement and development teams.
  • ASO leadership and supporting product teams in release submissions and testing.
  • Provide guidelines and recommendations to other stakeholders on how to maximise discoverability and conversion rates based on analytics

Person Specification, Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 3 years + hands-on experience in SEO and ASO (preferably across agency as well as on the client/business side).
  • Degree in Marketing Business, Communication or related discipline.
  • Experience in the gambling industry will be a plus.
  • Understanding of the registration to conversion acquisition model.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and execute a SEO long & short-term strategy for a given KPI.
  • Proven experience of hands-on management of tools across: ASO tools, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Majestic, Screaming frog..
  • App SDK knowledge.
  • Working closely with other departments to brief opportunities, promotions and landing page setup, to fit in with the PPC and business goals.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO white practices.
  • Proven experience of aggressively growing new media channels across web and App, with clear demonstration of testing, analysis.
  • Proven and strong understanding of current practices in digital marketing, cross-device marketing, and impact of other acquisition channels on organic channels.
  • Proven ability to examine data from a variety of sources to form a complete analysis & success of an organic campaign
  • Commercially focused approach to channel strategy and management
  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript Knowledge
  • Numerate and analytical problem solver, able to evaluate own data and provide recommended course of action.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
