Third-Party and Corporate Due Diligence Specialist

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Ensuring applicable AML/KYC requirements are followed for all new and existing third-party providers.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of Third-Party Due Diligence requests and respond in a timely and accurate manner to such requests.
  • Perform a complete review and Due Diligence assessment of vendors, suppliers, partners, and contractors.
  • Perform ongoing monitoring of relevant third-party risks and work closely with internal stakeholders to provide advice in relation to Third-Party Due Diligence risks.
  • Maintain and up to date record of all Third-Party and Corporate Due Diligence.
  • Work alongside with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) committees to conduct sustainability performance reviews.
  • Work with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Casino, Payments, and Finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in different jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and other internal partners to deal with exceptions and ensure our policies are appropriately followed.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in dealing with Third-Party Due Diligence assessments and responding accordingly to requests received from third parties.  Ability to analyse data, recognise deviations, with exceptional attention to detail being a core requirement.

They will be able to work independently or collaboratively, prioritising workload as part of a wider team, and taking responsibility for delivering against the Procurement’s team wider objectives. Experience in the Gambling Industry is preferred but not essential.
