The UEFA Europa League is here for matchday three and BetVictor Brand Ambassador Michael Owen lines up his latest preview ahead of a great night of action as we approach the halfway stage of the groups.
Celtic v Ferencvarosi TC
Celtic to win 2-1
If Celtic are to have any hope of getting out of this group, they’ll need all three points here. It’ll be a typically loud atmosphere at Celtic Park, and I think the players will respond on the pitch. I’m going for 2-1 Celtic.
Spartak Moscow v Leicester City
Match to be drawn 1-1
That win over Man United should kickstart Leicester’s season. They’ve not been at their best yet but that result will surely have given them a huge boost. This is far from an easy away trip though and I’m tipping a 1-1 draw for the Foxes.
Rangers v Brondby
Rangers to win 2-1
It’s been a disappointing start for Rangers in the Europa League, and they’ll be targeting six points from their two games against Brondby. I fancy Rangers to narrowly get the win here, 2-1.
West Ham United v KRC Genk
West Ham to win 2-0
West Ham have made a brilliant start to the season, domestically and in Europe. Six points out of six is a superb start, and a win here would already put them on the verge of qualifying out of this group. I can’t see anything but a West Ham win. I’ll go for a 2-0 to the Hammers.
