Borussia Dortmund v Rangers
Borussia Dortmund to win 2-0
What a tie for Rangers, this is what European football is all about. They couldn’t have got a much harder draw though; I’m sure van Bronckhorst will be aiming to get back to Glasgow still in this tie.
It’s a big ask though as I think Dortmund will get the win; historically, they are so strong at home. 2-0 Dortmund, which wouldn’t be a disaster for Rangers.
Leicester City v Randers FC
Leicester City to win 3-0
I think this is a good opportunity for Leicester to get some confidence back. It’s been a difficult season in the league, but they can still go far in this competition. Brendan Rodgers will play a strong team here, and I can see Leicester winning this comfortably.
This should be a good draw for them. 3-0 to Leicester is my prediction.
Celtic v Bodo/Glimt
Celtic to win 2-0
Celtic have been playing well recently and they’ll be looking forward to another European night at home.
I’m curious to see how seriously they’ll take this competition, considering how even the title race is in Scotland.
I think they’ll win here though. The fans will be behind them, and I can see them winning by a couple of goals. 2-0 Celtic.
