Nicola Currie has three rides on Saturday and shares her views with us on each of her mounts at Haydock today, don’t forget you can hear Nicola in conversation on the BetVictor Podcast right here.
My first ride is Kryptos for John Berry, a favourite horse of mine as he really helped put me on the map as an apprentice giving me three winners, one of which came in a big handicap on St Leger day at Doncaster back in 2017.
Having spent a very long time off the track John Berry has clearly worked his magic and brought this horse back to form which was shown on his first start this season at Newmarket where he finished fifth, I very much look forward to getting back on board today and being reunited with him.
Next up Lover’s Moon for Hugo Palmer in the seven-furlong fillies novice stakes, a 3yr old Make Believe filly, having just her second start having debuted over a mile at Lingfield.
She should be open to improvement and her first time on the turf may give her more time to find her feet.
My final ride is Ilalliqa for David Simcock runs in the second division of the novice stakes.
She makes her debut, a three-year-old by Muhaarar, she is bred to see the trip and more and we will learn more about her on the day.
