I’m all set for another busy day. Tuesday takes me to Tipperary horse racing where I have 3 rides, including one on the hugely exciting Captain Guinness who makes his seasonal reappearance.
The first one is on Miss Daingerfield for Henry in the 3yo hurdle. This is her first run over hurdles and hopefully they can bring a bit of improvement in her. I’m looking forward to the ride, so let’s hope she puts her best foot forward and gets off to a good start over hurdles.
A Place Apart
Next, I’m with A Place Apart for Gavin Cromwell. He’s been running mostly on the flat recently. This will be my first time riding him and I’m really looking forward to it. Hopeful he won’t be too far away at the business end
Finally, I am aboard Captain Guinness in the beginners chase. I’m excited about this one for obvious reasons. He was brought down when going well in the Supreme Novices’, and who knows what would’ve happened if that wasn’t the case. He seems really well since he came back in and his schooling has been good. I’m looking forward to seeing him start off his season, so hopefully we can get it off to a good start.
