BetVictor ambassador Rachael Blackmore has a busy weekend ahead with four rides at Navan today. She gave us the low down on each of them below.
First up is Midland Millie for Arthur Moore in the two mile four handicap hurdle. She was a good winner on her last start over hurdles back in October at Punchestown. She went up six pounds for that win but, back over hurdles today, hopefully she can run well once again.
Epson Du Houx
Next is Epson Du Houx in the Grade Three Flyingbolt Chase. He is the highest rated in the field and a real two miler. He has seemed very well at home and with the likes of Jack Hackett not being well treated at the weights we have a few things in our favour. Fingers crossed we can run a big race.
My third ride comes in the Veterans Handicap Chase on Kavanaghs Corner. He has been running very consistently, recently finishing a good second last time out at Down Royal with Emma Twomey on board. Lets hope we can go one better here today and his consistency is rewarded with another win.
My final ride on Saturday at Navan is on Sovereign Gold for Henry. She ran very well on handicap debut at Naas last time out. She got a two pound rise for that and lets hope she can go well again. This does looks a very competitive race with plenty coming into it with good recent form.
