BetVictor’s Rachael Blackmore continued her good form with a winner on Upping The Anti at Clonmel yesterday. Friday, she heads to Cheltenham to ride for the first time there since being crowned leading jockey at the Festival back in March.
Gin On Lime
I am really looking forward to heading back over to Cheltenham tomorrow, my first ride comes on in just a two-runner match race against My Drogo.
I rode against him at Aintree in the grade one hurdle he won in April and was impressed by him. Gin On Lime seems to be very well at home since her last race at Tipperary where she reversed form with Fan De Blues.
She has been running well since her return to action in May and fingers crossed, we can go well here and give My Drogo something to think about.
Balko Des Flos
My other ride of the day comes in the Glenfarclas Cross Country on Balko Des Flos, I was getting a great ride off him at the Festival until we got to the cheese wedges when he got into them, jumped out the other side and I didn’t!
He was going well at the time and seemed to be enjoying it up to that point, we all know what he did in the Grand National afterwards.
He has done some cross-country schooling at home, so fingers crossed for a good run today.
