Wicklow Brave is gunning for his 15th win for Willie Mullins this afternoon. The Grade One winner is looking to go one better after losing by a short-head on his most recent run at the Cheltenham Festival.

Snow Falcon landed a Grade 2 victory at Down Royal on his last appearance and there is no doubt that Noel Meade will have him primed for today’s race. He has to give Ordinary World 6Ib –  but the Henry De Bromhead inmate hasn’t had the best of strike rates in recent times. Snow Falcon’s freshness is a definite plus as Noel Meade has had this race in mind for quite some time.

Gordon Elliott and Willie Mullins are both team handed in the Irish Grand National. Between them they have 19 of the 33 runners in the field – an astonishing number.
