John Gosden usually has this race as a target and has won the last four renewals. Turgenev was impressive when scoring at Newmarket and ran well in defeat in the Group 1 Futurity at Doncaster. He probably didn’t get his ground when it was soft at Newbury and should be primed for this run.
Casanova missed the break on his debut at Wolverhampton in November. He should benefit from that run and has an entry in the Dante in May.
