Rachael Blackmore Tackles Fairyhouse And Limerick This Weekend

BetVictor Brand Ambassador, Rachael Blackmore has four rides across Saturday and Sunday as we look ahead to what should be another terrific weekend of racing.

Rachael is in excellent form having doubled up at Tipperary earlier in the week aboard Imperial View and Visioman. Both look to be heading in the right direction and it will be interesting to see how the pair fare as the season progresses.

Once again, Rachael has shared her thoughts ahead of this weekend’s action.

Saturday at Fairyhouse

I hope to take the ride on Whatsnottoknow (3.25) at Fairyhouse on Saturday for Mouse Morris. He was 2nd in the Land Rover bumper at Punchestown back in April and if he gets in here, we’d be hopeful he’d give another good account of himself.

Next, I will be aboard Here In The Dark (4.00) in the Fairyhouse For Fundraisers Handicap Hurdle. He’s lightly campaigned , but we’re hoping for a positive run to take him forward this campaign.

I am excited to be taking the ride on Woodbrook Boy (4.35) in the BobbyJo Bistro Handicap Hurdle. He’s a consistent performer. I partnered him both at Wexford and most recently Ballinrobe when he finished 2nd on both occasions. Since then he was 3rd at Kilbeggan and is now rated 95. Lightly campaigned, I think he could be better than his current mark and we’re expecting him to run well.

Sunday at Limerick

On Sunday, I partner Minds Eye (4.00) at Limerick. He is the highest rated in the race and we’d expect him to run well. Everything as been looking positive at home and we’re hoping he starts as he means to go on.
